Welcome to the official homepage of the North Brightwood Improvement Association (NBIA), serving the community since its establishment in 1963.
We take pride in operating a small-scale water distribution system dedicated to providing our members with consistently clean, clear, and mountain-fresh drinking water, catering to single-family residences and domestic needs.
Our service area encompasses the Barlow Trail Road and the surrounding region just east of the community of Brightwood, Oregon.
As a local "Not For Profit" organization, we are primarily managed by a dedicated group of volunteers, who are annually elected from within our General Membership.
Each year, we host Annual Fall General Membership Meetings, extending invitations to all interested parties.
It's an excellent opportunity to meet our team, learn more about our operations, and engage in the ongoing welfare of our community.
Currently, our membership stands at 44, and we maintain a robust water supply, allowing for potential expansion.
Many consider our water to be among the finest in the area.
We appreciate your interest and encourage you to explore our entire website, where you'll find valuable information and convenient reference materials for your convenience.
If you have any questions or require additional details, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Thank you for considering NBIA as your trusted source for clean and refreshing mountain water.
Additional Memberships available within our service district.
Our NBIA Motto is:
”Clean, Clear and Mountain Fresh, it Must be the Water”
